RZR Derlin A-Arm Bushing Kit

Swap out the cheap factory A-arm pivot bushings on your RZR for these high-strength, durable Delrin Bushings. The material the factory uses is too soft and wears out extra fast due to the grease they want you to use. We run bushings made of this exact material on ALL of our SCORE race cars and long travel sand cars. We run them dry too. Anyone who really knows about off-road cars will tell you this is the only way to go. Putting grease on anything built for off-road just creates a vacuum for sand, dust and silt. The less of this that sticks to the machine the longer it will last! These bushings are sold as a complete kit for the 08'-09' RZR and RZR S. They will fit a stock arm, any of our RZR long travel kits OR any other long travel kit which is designed to use stock dimension bushings.

does this kit also include the bushings that go in the rear outer spindles do you have to buy the whole kit or can you just get the parts you need?

yes, and it is only sold as a complete kit.

Derlin isnt exactly a cheap material

If I understand rightly, just use them dry not greased ?

Yeah, Derlin is a very durable and very slick material. Doesn't really need grease, and grease would just cause them to wear quicker w/ the added dirt it would attract.

Will this material squeak like the stock bushings do after a while?
I think that is why people are greasing them...

no thats another plus with these, they are not prone to squeak, even with running no grease. Again w/ the nature of this material they do not really require grease.

I start to be tired of squeaking and putting grease on OEM ones all the time. Hopefully they will help, any discount for RZR forum members ?

If there is I'm due a refund... I bought these about a month ago and it was $180.00 plus shipping...

Just one more Q. I go to your website to order them and on the check out you stated weight for shipping 17 # . They are so heavy or is mistake ?
