Also, for guys having problems with factory worn bushings on the spindle side, is your rear camber where the top of the tires are pointed inward also?

Jeremy
I will keep them, still like the idea not using the grease, but little disappointed it is not complete to cover all suspension bushings, which I think should . IMHO

I looked into it a few weeks ago & 1.25" Delrin rod (black) was about $6.50 per foot in small quantities. I'm waiting for my greased stock bushings to wear out...but I'm also interested if reasonable.

Me too.
The kit should be changed to include them.

yes, and it is only sold as a complete kit.
Guys yesterday I received the bushing kit, but I don;t get bushings for the outer spindles, main reason I want this kit. They are ones which squeak badly because no grease fittings. Plus friction tube are so tight in it, bushing turns in arms not on tubes plus collar on bushings are thicker then original, when you tight the bolts you actually stop bushings by squeezing them. Not sure, if this should be like that.
milos
Milos, are you happy with how they fit?

Isn't the camber always in? They aren't adjustable...

Count me in, I received and installed my kit yesterday. The old bushing did need to be replaced but the squeak was till there from the spindle side.

What I did take the 300 sand paper and made collar little thiner and they work perfect now. Tube feel tight in them on first, but when I put everything together and tighten bolts they seems OK. But they don't solve the squeaking problem for me, spindle side squeak on mine.

Re: RZR Derlin A-Arm Bushing Kit

Should be no problem to add spindle bushings to the kit. On upper side spindle use same bushings as lower A arm on inside, just add 4 pc of short ones to the kit. Just 4 pc of lower spindle bushing need to be done . IMHO

Re: RZR Derlin A-Arm Bushing Kit

He didnt have the exact right drill bit for the center hole and in the interest of saving time, and money, he didnt want to drill it and then turn it down. So tomorrow morning we should have the new bit. If i could run the lathe i would have had them done but i cant so i have to wait for him to make them. I am only having him make the bushings for the spindle. RZRHQ has all the rest of the bushing you need. Im not a vendor and dont want to step on any ones toes.
