Re: RZR Derlin A-Arm Bushing Kit

the bushings dont require grease cause Delrin has natural lubricity properties.

Had a hot rod with delrin bushings...no squeeks, so I'd assume they'll work as well in this application. Definitely on my "list", just have to save up some $'s.

If there is I'm due a refund... I bought these about a month ago and it was $180.00 plus shipping...
How do you like them ? Did they take care of squeaking ? You run them dry ?
milos
Easy to install, no squeaks and yes I run them dry... Well worth the money as far as I'm concerned...

Any special tools, or tips/tricks to install them? or is it just unbolt, slide them in, and torque them in.

They are easy to change, only special tools I can think off will be a torque wrench, if you want to tight A arms bolts to manufacture specifications . But you can go just by common sense, because pivot tube don't let you squeeze the bushings anyway.

yes, and it is only sold as a complete kit.
Guys yesterday I received the bushing kit, but I don;t get bushings for the outer spindles, main reason I want this kit. They are ones which squeak badly because no grease fittings. Plus friction tube are so tight in it, bushing turns in arms not on tubes plus collar on bushings are thicker then original, when you tight the bolts you actually stop bushings by squeezing them. Not sure, if this should be like that.

Re: RZR Derlin A-Arm Bushing Kit

What no bushings for the spindle side???????????I was getting ready to order them and that was one of the reasons why.Taking the suspention apart to lube the bushings is retarded.Poo short changed us on the grease fittings on these bushings.

Re: RZR Derlin A-Arm Bushing Kit

Sorry guys i was mistaken about it including the spindle side bushings. Milos im sure it may be a hassle now that you have the kit installed, but i can give you a full refund and cover shipping if you would like to return them. I will look at getting spindle side bushings made.

Also, for guys having problems with factory worn bushings on the spindle side, is your rear camber where the top of the tires are pointed inward also?

Jeremy
