Fuel Problem

I have a 2010 Rzr LE Walker Evans Model. Two weeks ago, I was riding and had fuel problems. I replaced the pump with an Airtech E 8335 model from Auto Zone. This seemed to correct the problem. Then last week, while riding in Utah Mountains, I stopped and turned off the Rzr. When I tried to start it, it would crank and not kick over. (I have a new Odyssey battery. ) no cranking problems. I pulled the passenger seat and removed the fuel line. It was under pressure and spilled out. I replaced the line and tried to start the engine. It started. This happened 3 more times in the next two days. Each time I pulled and re attached the fuel line and the Rzr restarted. This was in the rain.
Can anyone tell me what is wrong.
One of the guys riding with me in a Rzr said it may be a fuel check valve problem. When I push in the gas prior to starting, it opens the valve. However, the other times I had to restart the Rzr, I had been careful not to depress the throttle prior to turning the key.

I would be interested to know if you take of the cap to the gas tank if it will start.

Re: Fuel Problem

Removing the Fuel Cap does not take care of the problem. I tried this.

Sound like vapor lock in the fuel rail. There was another thread that was having the same issue a couple weeks ago. I will see if I can find it and get you connected with it.
