Canada UTV Giant Lower Doors

Just got finished ordering, and installing some Christmas presents. One gift from my wife was a set of UTV Giant lower door inserts (and the little triangle inserts as well). I am very impressed with the fit. I didn't even have to adjust my doors after the install. No issues whatsoever. All the holes lined up and the instructions were concise and clear. Anybody looking for lowers that are less than half the price of Polaris, this is the way to go.
Another nice bonus is that because they are aluminum, and not plastic, they can be painted to match your RZR if desired!

As a side note, I live in Ontario, Canada. I placed the order for the doors on Tuesday, and they arrived on Thursday! Awesome turn around time!

I'm on the fence for ordering these due to the shipping costs. Was there any import costs or anything for you?

The shipping was $50, and I had to pay $26 duty and taxes. Total to my door ended up being $225 CDN. I guess that is the joy of living in the Great White North. Lol

Its 90 bucks shipping the old flat lands ( saskatchewan) so it ads up quickly. How big is the box? I am actually heading to the Florida in a few weeks, was thinking of ordering them to the hotel and the paying the extra baggage fee on the flight. Or possibly jamming it in a suit case if they would fit

Re: UTV Giant Lower Doors

When the time comes for me to order lower doors these are probably what I will be going after. Just got my Machine so I have to get over that initial expense along with Christmas expense. I have already purchased Grizz radiator and regulator guards before I even have taken it out for my first trip.

Do yourself a favor, buy a new seal for the door! UTV Giant seal Sucks.
It will keep the dust out.
We used a Trim-Loc trim seal 4100B3X3/32C25 (7/16" bulb seal)
We got ours from Amazon

Re: UTV Giant Lower Doors

Thanks for the review, I just ordered a set yesterday. My dad is in the States right now so I am getting them shipped to him and he is bringing them back across the border. So with US dollar exchange (free shipping in the States) they cost $120 Canadian

Does he want to bring a second set across HA. If I don't ship to my hotel when i am there i will ship to the border and drive across to pick them up. I'm close enough where the gas and time make it worthwhile

Re: UTV Giant Lower Doors

Hey guys,

thanks for the review on the lower door inserts. other than the obvious costs difference, why did you choose the lowers as opposed to a complete door set like pro armour offers? I'm curious because i've seen some trail Rzr's with the pro armour doors that appear to bow out giving the riders more room. Any feedback would be appreciated.

Re: UTV Giant Lower Doors

I put the XP1000 doors on mine and just ordered the lowers today. Personally, I like the look of the XP doors over aftermarket doors. JMO. Also, the XP doors bow out giving additional leg room.

Speaking for myself, I eventually want the Polaris upper doors, which as far as I know, means I need to keep the factory door.
