Clutch kits
I've scoured the forum looking for who's done what and there really isn't a lot of specifics out there. I've spent almost 2 decades snowmobiling and have a decent understanding of how a cvt works, though I've never messed with a polaris. At any rate I've got a 2012 RZR 800 that needs a little clutch love. Motor and whatnot is bone stock but I have added a lot of accessories, winch, front/back windshields, WE shocks, aluminum roof, stereo, heater, power steering, storage trunk, larger battery and tires. All was good until I put the tires on, got 26x9's on the front, 26x12's on the back. Since the tires were added, my clutch will slip if I romp on it from low speed or on an incline, the tires really hook up. RZR has never been in water or mud, in fact it's been bone dry here until very recently and I really don't think there's anything "wrong" with my clutching. I've just added a lot of weight and way more tire than it came with from factory. So.. bottom line I'm looking for options on the clutching as I need more belt grip on the low/mid range. I like the low engagement rpm as I don't want the machine to jump when the clutches engage. Also the majority of my riding will be trail riding and wheat field cruising. Don't really care if goes fast, 55-60 is plenty for me. This is my cruising with the old lady rig or be bopping around the farm with a beer in hand mobile, neither is a good combo with speed! There doesn't look like a whole lot of options for clutch kits out there for the rzr. I haven't had the secondary off yet, but from what I read the helix is not replaceable? this true? I'm thinking I need more finish rate on the primary spring along with some heavier weights. Who makes good kits for these things? I've never heard of EPI though they seem to have a lot of kits out for RZR's, Holz makes quality parts but I don't see them offering kits for anything but older models and the xp's. Goodwin I've used on my sleds, quality parts but don't see many people using them on the rzr's. So I turn to you all for a little input here. What do you think?

Swingarm 1 (Tim) seems to be the clutch master. I would hit him up and see what he can set you up with. He us a straight shooter and I'm sure he has the answers.
