Re: Repo'd RZR

Good call Tim. It is a crime to do that to a RZR.

Unless you are very mechanically inclined and can do a lot of work yourself---avoid this thing like the plague.

I'd go look at it for sure. Take your racing buddy with you. If the motor, trans, and diffs look good, I'd buy it. Check the fluids and see if they have water in them. If you racing buddy is anything like me, I've got more than enough old parts to get you up and going.
On the flip side, if the major drivetrain parts looks nasty, I'd pass.

Re: Repo'd RZR

That thing is a junk pile. It has been neglected and abused like no other RZR I have ever seen. At best, it is a donor machine only. And not a very good one at that.
I knew a rat that was aware his boat was about to be repo'd, so he started it on land, and ran the motor at WOT until the water pump was smoking, as he added a few gallons of water to the fuel tank. R U N A W A Y!

Re: Repo'd RZR

The guy selling it just emailed me saying he sold it for $1300. Guess he found a sucker to buy it.

From the movie "Christine"..." You can't...polish...a turd"

If you lend someone money and you never see that person again, it probably was worth it...

Re: Repo'd RZR

Your lucky it went. Polaris put the HO motor in the 2009 and up. You should shop for one newer. Look them up on NADA.com and see what year you can afford. Shop from that year and newer. Good Luck. Let us know what you find
