Re: Rear diff replacement

Not real easy. You also have to have special tools. If you don't want to tackle it we can do it. I think we have a case in stock.

Re: Rear diff replacement

I have the tooling (i think) I was a heavy machinery mech and I've rebuilt my fair share of backhoe and loader diffs, same concept but smaller, but polaris doesn't give the specs on the preload and rolling torque. :/

Re: Rear diff replacement

Got everything swapped over to the new case last week. That nut was a pain to get off but it got done. Got everything shimmed just right and now there is no clunking when the diff is engaged. This is a great product, and if you know what you are doing its a simple swap over. Thanks again to Jason at Hawk for hooking me up and helping me out
