I just made some snorkels for the little RZR after spending much time reviewing what you had all done. I have gone with Crow belts and the bar behind the seat. Since I did not want to cut the body panels, I went through the holes left by the stock seat belts after I removed them.

Here are the pics

1. Fabricating them with PVC pipe

You will see in the rear view I have the Vent Racing intake along with the new belt support bar. Instead of using both bolts on each side for the support bar, I only used one each side, but angled the bar slightly forward before tightening it up. The Vent Racing intake fits perfect now, no touching the bar and no holes drilled in any of the body. I also made the final verticals slightly shorter before painting.

Next will be the front bumper bar, skid plates and exhaust...whew.

I made a small scoop and attached aluminum dryer vent hose down to the fan where i made an adapter to accept the hose then bolted it in place of the factory scoop this provides fresh cool clesn air for the fan to blow on the motor sorry i do not have any good photos of the hose running down to the motor. Try to get some soon.
