need roll cage help
For those who have built, or had built, roll cages for their RZR's, what diameter tubing did you use and what bend radius. I have a chance to pick up a JD Squared bender with some die's but want to make sure the bend radius will be right.
Thanks.

Re: need roll cage help
not too bad, keep everything lubed. just throw away the degree wheel and layout your bends with marks on the tubing. this is why you should have paid attention in math class, because you will need that math now.

Re: need roll cage help
The stock cage is 1.75" .The bungs that you can get to match the original ones are for 1.75" O.D. .095 wall.

Re: need roll cage help
Would you stay with 095 or go thicker?
Also, refresh me on the math :-)
