Stock nets

Does anybody use them or does everyone take them off?
They are a PITA to get in and out of the RZR.

I was planning on keeping them on until I get new 5 point harnesses but was wondering if there are other reasons to keep them on.

Re: Stock nets

They do keep body parts in if you go over....The more I've been reading the more people are going over. The 3 points just dont keep you in place.

Re: Stock nets

I like the nets. I only undo the buckle on the front of the roll bar.
Then I step in over the rest of the net. Easy to reconnect the net.

Re: Stock nets

I do use the nets but I removed the small lower one to make it a little easier to get in & out. Still waiting for an affordable door set so I can toss the nets.

Re: Stock nets

They don't bother me as far as getting in and out. But when I'm hauling ass and it's windy at the dunes they blow in and catch on my left hand. When I get a cage someday I'm going to do doors.

I do the same.
I actually feel a lot safer with the nets than without...I just don't know that they'd keep my fat butt in the cab.

Re: Stock nets

I went with a set of doors, but I would either have the doors or the nets on I wouldn't ride with out some sort of protection there.

Re: Stock nets

Keep the nets till you get doors otherwise i would think your taking a pretty big risk in the case of an accident
