New cage, bumpers, top, and windshield for 08 Rzr.
I bought a new Rzr recently for my wife and I decided to build a new cage, bumpers, nerf bars, top, and windshield for it. I have never liked the look of the stock cage. I looked at several different cage designs and liked the ones that UTV Crap makes so I used theirs as a baseline for my design, made some changes and the pictures show what the final outcome looks like. I am very happy with the way it turned out and my wife loves it so life is good. The cage, bumpers, and nerf bars are made from .095 wall DOM tubing in sizes ranging from 1 1/8" OD to 1 3/4". The top is 1/16" 6061 T4 aluminum that has been polished. The top and the windshield are mounted with Dzeus fasteners for easy removal.

I am in Buckley Washington which if you are not familliar with the area is about 40 miles southeast of Seattle in the foothills.
Thanks for the compliments on my work. I don't do this for a living but I do enjoy it. This is the 1st cage I have ever built. It was definitely a learning experience.

Looks good, Do you get much exhaust fumes in with the full windshield .Are you the one with the stock cage listed on craigs list?

I don't notice any exhaust fumes at all. We had a Rhino with a full windshield and top before the Rzr and had no issues with it either.
Yes, I have the stock cage listed on Craigslist.
