Racer Tech outstanding customer service!
I don't post much on here but I have been around for a while.
Last year my 2009 RZR needed new bushings. I greased the stockers religiously after every ride. After 6 months they were shot, looked like I had 4-wheel steering. I called up a forum vendor, I will not mention their name, and ordered a complete Delrin bushing kit. I specifically asked if I needed to grease the bushings. I have read differing opinions on this subject, so I thought whom better to ask than the MFG. I was told to grease them, so that’s what I did. I shot the A-Arms full of grease after every ride and took the outer bushings out and greased them ever-3rd ride. After 6 months all of my A-ARMS have as much or more slop than they had with the Stock bushings. I called the Vendor to tell them about the problems I was having with their products. The guy that answered the phone upon hearing that I had greased these bushing laughed and said that’s your Problem. He then proceeded to tell me that I should not have greased these bushings. I explained to the gentleman that I was instructed to do so by the person that took my order. I then asked to speak to that person, which turned out to be the owner of that company. The attitude I received when I got this person on the phone was not what I expected to hear. He did say that if I would take them out and send them back that they would take a look at them and measure them to see if it was their bushings or what. He then proceeded to tell me that the problem was more than likely my RZR, that the wholes in the Control arms where the bolts go thru was egg shaped and that was the Movement I was seeing. I tried explaining to him that the bolts were not moving it was the Bushings themselves that were moving, but he didn't seem to understand. I hung up with a not so great feeling in my stomach. I decided then and there I was going to do some research before I continued. I love the net; you can learn a lot in a short time. I ride in East Tn in the mud, sand and water. Everything I read from reputable sources said to not grease these Bushing at all! So with that in mind I started looking for a different supplier. I came across Racer Tech’s website late last night, I started reading reviews on the company. The reviews I read were glowing reviews for the most part. So this morning I called them to tell them my dilemma and see what they recommended. I got a Gentleman named Andy on the other line that listened intently to my issues. He recommended that I clean my control arms real good and install his outer complete control arm Bushing kit with new Pivot tubes and his complete inner bushing kit. Andy gave me what I feel is a super deal on this setup. I will be back to him for any needs that he can help me with... I will not reveal the name of the other company unless when I send their bushings back they do not make it right with me. At that point the whole world will know their name! Again Kudos to Andy and Racer Tech for great Customer service!!

Re: Racer Tech outstanding customer service!
Yeah I agree, Andy and the rest of the guys at Racer Tech have always been very helpful to me. I have bought a lot of stuff from them. I ordered a S stock length (+5) a-arm kit for my RZR S before I bought my Weber car. I called Andy and asked if they could custom make me the right rear arms modified to fit with the RZR S with the Weber motor. They called Chad at Wasteland Preformance (also a great guy) and he gave them the measurements. Andy had them to me really quick for being a custom job.

Re: Racer Tech outstanding customer service!
Just an update on this situation....
Got the Racer Tech bushigs in 2 days. I started the install and found that the Grease and grime had reacted with the Aluminum housing and had seized the bushings in place. I had to take the housings to a machine shop to have the bushings drilled out!!!! Take this advice from me and learn from my mistakes... DO NOT GREASE THESE BUSHING!!!!

Re: Racer Tech outstanding customer service!
Racer Tech was the originator of all the delrin bushing kits for the RZR over two years ago. We've been using Delrin for years before the RZR ever came out. Everyone in the off-road racing world at our level knows you DO NOT grease Delrin... No offense to everyone who didn't know. I just can't believe there was a company selling these but didn't know how to even use the material!
For others looking on, here are our offerings: Inner Pivot Bushings - $230 Inner Pivot Sleeves - $155 Rear Outer Bushing / Sleeve Kit - $120 Thanks!

Re: Racer Tech outstanding customer service!
Ugh.... we just found about about an issue at the end of this week and try getting a website fixed on a holiday weekend... I'm really sorry for the inconvenience. Please check out our other online store SpectrumUTV.com. Everything we sell is listed on this site as well and it's a site run by us....
Thanks!
