My RZR Project
Most of my project is in the link below.
I wired my PIAA 525's and rear driving lamps.
I couldn't stand the look so I drilled the roll bar and ran my wires internally.
I installed the relays behind the seat and the switch at the back of the shift lever so both driver and co-pilot can operate the pencil/flood PIAA's as needed. I really like the blue glow they emit.
I need to clean it up and retreive my grommet and my wiring for the light will be done for now.

Re: My RZR Project
Looks great man. I like that idea. I was thinking of doing the same when I run my wires.

Re: My RZR Project
I filled the holes with a little water proof foam fill and then installed the grommets for a water tight roll cage.
Speaker box went in last night.

Re: My RZR Project
That's amazing!
Are you running a different battery or the stock one from the rzr?
I wasn't sure if I'd need to upgrade batteries or add anything.
I'm going to be putting in a Lowence GPS 540C & Race intercom system + some lights, nothing to extravagant and though.
Any ideas for me to think about?

Stock
I'd run at least the larger battery tray as in the Ranger XP and install a GOOD battery.
