Re: New motor!

Hank is in NC. He has been working on snowmobiles and atvs for all his life. He has been working at a local dealership for the last 10 years. I have seen his motors run, and he trust me he knows his stuff!

I have been talking with a specific company, and they have helped me out with a lot of my decisions. About the only thing worth changing other than the cam is the piston. According to the company I talked to the lifters, pushrods, valves, etc are all good. The crank is weak, but you can only pin it. It is all together now, and will soon be rolling out the shop.

He painted the motor for one reason really. It cleans up a lot better...it doesn't stain after being in mud. It looks good, but really it is to help with the clean up.
