I will get some measurements for you later tonight. Hopefully before my new rims and tires come in. I ordered some ITP beadlocka and 26" bighorns on the 3rd from ATV outfitters.....should be here any day now.

Re: Lift Pics

With a 2" rubberdown lift, shocks cranked to the top and 26" terra cross tires you will have 11-3/4" clearance at the center of underbody measured at the rear hitch receiver.

The pics shown look like he just let the machine down off a lift, a more accurate way to check ground clearance is to drive the machine a bit to let the tires spread out under your weight and then measure.

Re: Lift Pics

I think it would depend on the individual machines springs and the sag in them when you put the lift kit in, if your springs are worn out and the guy next to you has new springs that arent saged yet, his machine is obviously going to be lifted higher, but both machines will go up an equal total amount. Its just that the one with the shoty springs wont go up as high as the one with the good springs but both will go up around 2" from where they were before the lift kit.

Just thought I'd post some pics to show height differences. This is a 2" lift with 14" Polaris wheels and Goodyear tires. No offsets on wheels due to trail width restrictions but seems safe if ya drive right!

When are you gonna post those pictures?

You guys are obviously not Marines....A beer bottle is the standard of measure for weight, distance, and volume in the CORPS.

Re: Lift Pics

I am looking at installing a 2" lift with ITP 14" wheels on ITC 26" terra cross tires. How much more clearance can I expect to gain and also how difficult is it to install the lift kit? Any good/bad brands of lift kits out there to buy? Feel free to share step by step details and any stories of bad product buys.
Thanks!!

Re: Lift Pics

Here is my Lift. It's a Highlifter 2" lift. I have 14" Rims with 26" Bighorn Tires. My total travel now is about 10 3/4" to 11". Shocks on second lowest setting.
