Re: its almost done !

It looks like the belt exaust is plumbed into the intake. Wont that feed your motor hot belt air? You want cold air for intake, not hot.

Re: its almost done !

there is a divider in the box look closely at the pic of the box you can see an opening on the side thats were the cvt exhaust exits and theres a 7x7 hole cut in the front of the bed with an outerwear cover on it that lets fresh air straight in the intake

You will not be disappointed with the EHS system, I also put pre filters on the inlets inside the box. Take a old pre filter and cut it in half top to botom and clamp them on.)After 2 hours i pulled my air box cover and it was clean 0 dust.

Looks great man.

Have a Q though:

Do you plan on cross bracing your cage? Stability both laterally and horizontally on your cage doesn't look so good. Taking a roll at any decent speed will fold that cage very easily.

Not trying to be rude, just trying to save you possible injury.

yes pics arent close up but everywhere a tube intersects its gusseted with 3/16 plate and the roof is actually designed to be structural its made of 1/4 treadplate and grade 8 bolted to all 8 gussets on the top of the cage

Re: its almost done !

Like I said, pretty awsome man! As for the trailer, I have a couple steel plates bolted to the frame extending the trailer about a foot for a temp fix. I have to check some local shops still about extending it or doing a side load up front. Only bad thing about the side load is that the rzr is 110" long, so it will be sticking way out on each side.
