License plate mount, where?

Here's a view of the back of our new RZR. I have to mount a plate on it in "plain view" somehow and don't see a good place to do that without it rattling it's butt off. Take note of the additional muffler out the back which hampers mounting somewhat.

nevermind - I just tie-wrapped it to the cage bar right behind the drivers seat.

What's the extra muffler, can you tell us more?

Re: License plate mount, where?

Well, I'm going to be mainly running in the Adirondack mountains of NY both for pleasure riding on the 100+ miles of ATV trails plus using it on our property for hunting. I asked the dealer if it was possible to quiet it down somewhat and he said "I don't really know, you're the first to ask that" lol But I don't care about going 70mph, I want as quiet as possible, so he found that additional muffler to put on it.

It does require the rear brush guard to mount to though. It does quiet it down a lot. I can take pics when I get home if you'd like and look up who make it.

Let me know

It looks like a Benz to me. I have one that mounts to the Pre-runner rear bumper. It mounts a little different than the Deluxe bumber.

Looks like that's what it is. They just call it a "Silent muffler" but the model number is a BT-51 so it looks like it is the Benz

Stevec,

Mounted my plate just above the rear tranny.. On the black bar. I tie wrapped it and it works great.

Got mine right behind the drivers seat with some industrial strength tie wraps. That sucker ain't gonna move or rattle. Think it'll work well.

Re: License plate mount, where?

I drilled two holes in my plastic bimini roof on the rear edge and bolted the license plate. Plain view, no rattling or damage.

Re: License plate mount, where?

Here is where I put mine. I just used two plastic coated pipe clamps from the hardware store.

Re: License plate mount, where?

That's where they're mounted over here in France, and there's a Polaris parts kit available here to mount them with I believe a little light for night driving. If you want I'll try find out more.
