well again i went to try my 4 x 4 and no dash icon with the switch on and in l , h , r i checked for power at the front plug going to the hub coil and i had 12 v so i went and grabbed the wife to sit in the seat and watch for the icon to light up and as soon as i started playing with the plug it would go on and off as i moved it so i pulled the plugin apart again and bent the prongs in the plug coming from the coil end and snapped the plugin back together and had the wife watch as i pulled and played with the plug this time it never flickered once on the dash i just got back with the machine and after splashing thru water , hitting bumps , etc. and the 4x4 worked the way it should every time maybe this will hep a few people where the icon is not lighting up on the dash
