New air intake plus snorkel & exhaust snorkel

I have removed the air box a long time ago. I was running 2" pipe, and had air flow restrictions. Now I have gone to 3" with 2 short straight shots, with two 45's that form a nice rolling 90. To top it off I put a rather large K&N filter.

The exhaust is flat stock with 2" header pipe. Everything is tig welded, and we added a tab to the bumper for strength. To make sure the water stays out I used gasket maker with copper.

SWEET

Do you have other pics of your tranny snorkle or interior shots of the snorkel?

What else did you snorkle? On my Sportsman, I had a couple breather tubes that I extended and the radiator overflow bottle. Is there anything else on the RZR that I should think of?

There is a few vent lines that require extending.

No pictures of the transmission snorkel. When you pull your bed off you can see where it has to start, and you know where you want the pipes. So the only thing left is figure out the path of the pipe.

I noticed that you took the front windshield off. Must have been causing to much drag through the water huh?

I didn't bring my helmet, so I borrowed a friends. He has a kawi... The other is another team member who also has a kawi.
