It's normal for the AF ratio to fluctuate quite a bit.
The Oxygen sensor is getting bombarded with differing ratios, and it is giving them to you instantly.
Try and look at the average in any given load.

Re: Boost/Vac., Pyrometer, Oil pressure, & Wideband o/2 Gauges

There isn't a dyno around here, but I am maxing out the fuel delivery system (Injectors) at 8# and am using the Attitude industries fueling box, that adds fuel through the stock injectors.
Attitude also makes & tunes the fueling box for most other turbo manufacturers as well.
I was told that at the fueling level I am at now, another (Non Intercooled) turbo system produced something like 58 RWHP up from 29 HP in stock form.
This system should be making at comparable numbers, just safer because of the intercooler.

When you go wide open throttle the a/f should get to a number IE: 11.5 and should stay around that normal. If you are seeing numbers like 11.1 to 12.1 under WOT, then I would want to dyno it, and straighten out the fuel curve.

Would I check that on flat ground, or should the motor be under a load?
