I am thrilled to find this thread! I am in search of a 30" tire with over 1" tread depth, that dosent wear quick and runs smooth! I would caution you making them in just 14" rim for several reasons, specifically your sales numbers. There are more guys running 12" rims than 14" rims. NO BODY wants to change out their 12" rims to switch to 14" just to buy your new line of tires. Make a 30x10x12 and a 30x12x12, if you are really looking for a compromise just make a 30x11x12 and people like me will run the same size all the way around, then we could rotate them for wear.
I would not be overly concerned with weight, machines are getting stronger and more powerful and you'll never be as heavy as all those pure mud tires on the market. Make a tire with over 1" tread depth in the sizes that have been mentioned in this thread, with good wear and grip that has decent sidewall flex.
You are on the right track, there is a HUGE void left that SATV left wide open for you when they stopped making the Dominator.

I'd buy it. My concerns at that point would be weight and price in that order. The main reason I'm going with the KM2's for now is weight (42 lbs).

Alright, I've been thinking on this for the weekend and this is what I have come up with for my OPINION.

I had the same tire as AGGIE on my 91 Toyota when I was living in Grand Junction and it performed great in Moab. Keep your "all terrain" in the Rocker for the UTV crowd. If mine was more trail oriented, I would HAVE THIS TIRE as I almost bought it for mudding in the south anyway.

BUT, in my world of pure mud and some trail, take the GROWLER up in size to a 32" and increase tread depth, make it non-DOT and non-Radial and compete with the Silverbacks and Outlaws. I am in the oilfield and hate to copy my competition, but in this case you could model a line of your tires after what Highlifter is doing with the Outlaw and the Radial Outlaw as you could capture both the mud and trial with this tire. But a non-radial 30/31/32 Growler would sell. Give it some sidewall bite too... this I gotta see!

I love the Rocker tread pattern and I'm waiting for the 27.5x14, I've heard that it is supposed to be out early this year. 28" would be great and I know there is high demand for 30" and up for the guys running mainly mud. Gonna be hard to please everyone but cover the basics (weight, sidewall flexibilty and toughness, and made in the US) and I'm sure they will sell regaurdless of price. Hard to get all these to work together but I'm sure you will come up with the right combo for all around. There is a need for both 12" and 14" wheel sizes. Most units come factory with 12" wheels so there will always be high demand for that but a lot of guys (including myself) are looking to go up a wheel size as well.

ps, we definitely like sidewall tread

I would like to see a 30x12x14 rockers. Something that will help with ground clearance and make it float on mud better. Every tire out there when they get to the 30s or bigger get 10 or narrower.

I have 27.5 growlers now would like to see 30x12x14 growlers, pitpbull needs to have 30'' tires, The demand is here

30x10x14 would be perfect size. Seems like everyone is running same size all the way around. Makes perfect sense. I would like them in the rocker compound.
