Good to see they've upgraded some of their "weak" spots...

I noticed they have a 4 seat commander now too. I know a few guys that have been waiting on that.

I'm pretty sure I read QE is standard in the xmr model which is very similar to Polaris's AWD system. I'm surprised can am didn't relocate the radiator and add fender flares.

Re: Maverick Xmr

it'd be hard to overlook that over a xp 1000 for mudders with those tires and gorilla axles already on it. thats along the same lines as polaris did with the jagged x. buy it like that under warranty.

Re: Maverick Xmr

I like the factory snorkels and on board air system. I would have to get a air horn!

From what I've been told that the QE isn't much better than old system. It still needs that winch where a 900 won't.

The QE is night and day better and engages both front wheels. You'll have to visit the canam forum to get the scope on QE.

Re: Maverick Xmr

We have a 2012 Ranger 800 XP, a 2013 RZR XP 900 and a 2013 Commander 1000 X with the QE front diff and the Commander locks and goes just like the RZR. The Commander goes everywhere the Ranger and the RZR go no problem. To be honest the Ranger is the best crawler of the 3.

I don't doubt that at all. Two of my friends have commanders and a ranger. The ranger exceeded my expectations by far. The commander did everything I did and had no trouble doing it. The only time I saw an advantage in my xp was when we hit a rough trail and I ran 40 mph the whole way. They couldn't keep up because they said it was too rough
