March 28 thought that Sunday.

Our group "Swamp Donkey Patrol" will be there in full force. Sporting some new lifts from FTM which is a supporting vender aswell! 6" arched arms an other goodies from FTM!

It'll be a blast as usual!

Headed down from Illinois will be five of us in the truck. Two rzr running 30" and two atv. About 12 hours for us.

Sounds great only bad thing for us is not carrying the travel trailer so we are staying at the holiday inn express. Just me and a buddy going and of course our old lady's but this will be our first so it should fun.

Most defininitly I will be there.This should be the best ride @ mudcreek in years.We have been in a drought but its been raining it ass off for the past 3 months.It will be great.

Be super safe driving. Trailer lights must work and be registered. Cops are like flies there once u leave the gate!
Otherwise, ur plan is great... The party never stops, so sleep can be tough if u stay there.

Cancel the motel reservations and bring a tent. Part of the Mud Nats experience is staying there overnight. Trust me, you will be glad you did.

I don't know how late you plan on riding each day, but we try to stay out as late as possible. Last year, we never stayed out too late, maybe 1 or 2 AM at the latest cause everyone kept breaking, but the year before we we came back to camp about 3 or 4 every night. Regardless, it would suck to have to come back to your vehicle after a long day of riding only to have to reload everything and drive back to the motel...especially if you've been drinking. The cops will be combing that highway during Nats.

Bigvic is right. Pitch a tent. We started to stay in a hotel the first year I went. I was glad we didn't. If it keeps raining, I will be there.....

Yep. Pitch a tent. Driving to a hotel isn't worth it.

i will hopefully be going taking my 17 year old son with me we are going to stay in a tent hopefully find a good spot for the tent(lol) everybody i know aint going so it looks like me and the kiddo will be there. Me and the wife went in 2010 and we had a blast staying with some friends in a rv. but the wife aint going this year she has no vac.lol

Find a flat spot, but not too close to a road or trail. Just so no blitzed drivers can run down the tent. They do have showers at front. Porta Potts through out but can get nasty. You already know what to expect so be safe, have fun. May find some folks friendly enough to let you ride with and maybe use an outside shower.

U can go just for the party, or ride or mix it up. If u don't want ur son exposed to too much, stay away from the sand put at night or atleast stay towards the back side. Last year they had officers along the high line and kept traffic moving, never had to sit in long for long at all. And there are different trails to get to where u want to go that are basically like a road now. But if you want to ride, u can find the deep nasty stuff as well, just be snorked and tired. And preferably have a winch!

Best thing I ever did was take an extra jack with me to stabilize my trailer. Pitched my tent on it with a few nails for wind and an air matress. U aren't down in the mud if it rains nor snakes and it provides protection from drunks.
