Wash it! ...... Just kiddin' Mine was the same way. I put a Roktek lift w/ front spring spacers and love it. Less than $200.

Re: Saggin in the mud

Progressive springs will help. They set the rzr about 1" higher than stock springs and are stiffer with more weight. Contact Steve at Makin Trax.

Hopefully these inner covers for the fenders will help with the packing of the mud

Re: Saggin in the mud

I got a roktek lift and SuperATV springs and that really seems to have helped mine from sagging in the mud.

Re: Saggin in the mud

I love all the sand guys attitude about mud..come do a night ride or a tough day ride...you look at a sand hill and you know you can make it. But you pull up to a hole full of water and you do not know if you can make it...All you sand guys need to make the Mud Nationals or Muddy Gras...

Re: Saggin in the mud

I'm in the process of airbags. I hope to be finished by Mud Nationals. I think it will be neat to hit a switch and eliminate the mud sag.

Re: Saggin in the mud

Do you have a standard RZR or a RZR -S?

I dont know anything about the standard RZR shocks but if I had this problem on my RZR-S I would increase the spring tension on the springs and go a few clicks stiffer on the compression setting.

I know your looking for a low cost fix but you can also get out the check book and throw all kinds of money at the problem just keep in mind when you buy stiffer springs they are stiff ALL THE TIME where as adjusting your current springs is temporary like adding the extra weight.

Stiffer springs also usually end up affecting the handling of about anything you put stiffer springs on...

Is the sag really hurting anything but the mental picture in your mind of what a muddy RZR should look like, your losing a bunch of ground clearance and are stuck all the time?

Re: Saggin in the mud

My machine is all stock except for bigger tires (27"). What happens is that when it gets all covered in heavy mud the tires rub. I know a lift would fix the problem, just seeing what all the options are.
