Re: Dogo X Turbo RZR

Dogo, welcome to my world, I suspect yours won't be the same now.
A comment, mine came with a K&N Pre filter that slips over the orange Uni filter, you might want to get one. I wash it frequently and it does collect a lot of dust.
Did you exhaust header come wraped with insulating tape? I was thinking of doing that but wanted to check with Trey @ MCX first. My thought is that the headers do cool the exhaust some before the gasses reach the Turbo and that this cooling might be by design.
What are the two gauges that you have? I have just a boost.
What did you do to your clutch, are you running the spacer?
How are your handling experiences so far.
We are brothers in BOOST!!!

Re: Dogo X Turbo RZR

Dogo, another question.
Your install has an intake-exhaust on the discharge side of the intercooler above the top deck. What is it for, did it come with the kit?
Mine doesn't have that,

Hmm, are they putting blow-off valves on their kits now?

will buy the K&N filter,
did wrap the headers due to heat,
have a Boost gauge and wide band , you need to get one in order to monitor the air to fuel mix. Don't want the risk to run lean on gas
Yes', running the spacer but hitting just 55 thinking of remove the spacer, dunno yet. I ran it yesterday and the power is incredible, use it on pavement and trail. No word to describe, will post a few pic of the get together from yesterday.

Re: Dogo X Turbo RZR

When I had mine installed, Craig the installer automatically removed the spacer and increased the weights in the clutch. He said that with this power, you need to get the clutch to close as soon as possible to keep from just loosing traction. I don't know what the weight was but you can contact him if you want to.
I'm going to contact Trey about that blowoff valve.

Remember that the blow off valve doesn't come with the kit!

I have a heavier weight on the kit, I did remove the spacer during testing but find out the the back shift was close to none.

It is a K&N with Outerwear. I just found one that measured the same as the intake pipe.
