I picked it up Saturday, So far I've just buzzed around the neighborhood. Needless to say its pretty quick. Especially compared to my Rhino.

Mine should be here anyday now, then we will hit the trails!!!
I can tell already that there will be some nice Fall riding this year (and maybe some camping

). We are gonna have a blast!!!

minus the fact its faster, how do you feel about it in comparison to the rhino. From what I hear the rhino is still a much better unit.

Well, i might be able to answer that question for you.
The RZR and the Rhino cant be compared at really anything. The purpose of the vehicles are totally different.
Of course the RZR is going to be faster, handle better, and go tighter places, but the Rhino wasnt built with all this totally in mind. The Rhino is a sport/utility UTV, where its really not designed to do everything perfect. It does ok in most things, but definitely not excellent in anything. The RZRs main purpose is speed and handling. Definately not all in utility.
So, to sum it all up, both are great units. Both are designed to have their pros and cons. Its the person who uses its desicion on which is best for their lifestyle.

I still love my rhino, like simadown said it doesnt excel at anything except being good at everything. My rhino is set up with a four seat cage stereo system. I take the wife and both kids all out together, I will never be able to do that with the RZR. Everyone knows Rhinos arent fast but they really have no lack of power, I would like a lower low gear. It has done everything ive asked it to do and never broke. It doesnt have a leaky air intake system, doesnt have problems burning belts, the springs dont sag. Im not saying this to bag on Polaris I really think I will like the rzr but the RZR has some short commings and Yamaha has them beat on quality hands down.

I got one question.
looking at your tires do they say bighorn and do u know if they are RADIAL tires?

Yes they are radials. This is the third set of Bighorns I have had. I put them on all of my rigs. They are hands down the best trail/rock crawling tire made.

if you want to ride your sxs like people ride quads, and want to have performance and a size that is feesable to make it through the woods the rzr is key.
