Love the lift! I took the RZR to Wellsville over the weekend and it did everything I asked of it which included climbing "Scooby Do" which is a pretty nast hill climb that gives the rail buggies a run for their money most of the time. The RZR walked right up it and the lift gives you the clearance you need to keep from beating the tar out of your skid plates in the process. After checking everything out once the RZR was cleaned back up, there is no damage to anything whatsoever and I put it through it's paces all weekend.

Of course, the 28" Swamp Lites bite like mad too. If anyone wants to know about these tires on hills, rocks, mud etc I went most places in 2WD and only used 4WD on the bigger hills just as insurance. I hate going backwards down a steep 600'+ hill Most of the time I had a hard time getting these tires to spin even in the mud when I wanted them too, but with full throttle they will throw fist size clumps of mud 20+ feet in the air

PegLeg, did you end up going, was the place still open? I had wanted to go but could not find the contact info and heard that most of the place closed down.

I'm sorry I still don't have a contact number for you, but as I mentioned before all of Wellsville is definitely still open for the rest of this year. I have a camper there and so do a lot of other friends I wheel with. I spoke with the owner of Oak Tree campground this weekend (where we stay) and he said they still haven't finallized the deal for the property and he hasn't seen any money so he's keeping the park open until at least April of next year. If the deal ends up going through that's the date we'll have to have the camper out of there by.

Sorry you didn't make it as it was a blast! There were probably 6-7 RZR's there total that I saw and there were two in our group (mine and one other). We'll be going down again over the 4th of July so look me up if you can make it!

Re: Pegs new RZR

I assume then that one just shows up to camp and does not need to make a reservation?

That is correct. No reservations are required (or are taken as far as I know). The only reason you would need to contact the owner is if you wanted to park a camper there for the year and wanted an electric hook-up. The sites with electric are limited and I don't know how many permanent sites he has left that have electric to them. Other than that everything is on a first come first serve basis, but there is always plently of room unless you have a monster camper that needs a ton of open space. There were tons of people there this weekend, and there were still many open sites to put a camper or tent on for the weekend.

Re: Pegs new RZR

See, I assumed that I needed to make a reservation for a site before I went...

I do have a 30' camper, I would call it big but not a monster.

Do you know what road the campground is on?

Oak Tree Sportsman Club
21200 Sixteen School Rd.
Wellsville, Ohio 43968

The latest phone number I have is 330-303-6355. Leave a message for Dave McCourt and he will eventually get back to you. I am still trying to verify that this number is still a good one...
