My RZR project!!!
We just got done with cage built with hand bender and notcher DFR 6" LT took out to Moab for the first ride last weekend broke both rear axel's! Maybe pushed it alittle to hard!Shane  [IMG] http://http://www.rzrforums.net/atta...1&d=1206500539[/IMG]Hope this worked

Did you line up the cv's when you changed axles? If not they can bind and break. Looks sick, sucks to break it on first outing.

When you put the cvs on the new axles, the inner and outer cv joint should be in alinement with each other so they work in sync as axle turns.

That could be the problem did not know they needed lined up on shaft! sent to DFR today they said they would warrenty and fix for me If it becomes a big problem I may look at some dif axel's maybe Gorilla
