Yep, we figured it all out now. We couldn't get enough boost and we found out that the hose running from the turbo to the throttle body kept slipping off on the backside so it would leak boost, but still look connected. we got a longer piece of hose so it fit in there better and we haven't had a problem since. We adjusted the BOV to 6.5 lbs of boost and its a rocket ship. When the turbo kicks in the wheels instantly start to spin. We are putting the other belt back on and may change some weights, that should give it even better acceleration.

Re: Our Turbo/Long Travel/Race RZR Project
stock belt is starting to slip, but that is after many many many launches on high grip pavement, plus you have to powerbrake it for a few seconds to spool up the turbo. Dragonfire sends a belt witht he clutch kit for the turbo that we are about to re-install. Other than that, I have gorilla axles coming for the +4 kit since we learned how easy it is to break stock axles from Shane (Xtreme). I hope I got all of the weak points figured out. It is gonna be our "racer" so Im sure I will uncover a few more, but the major ones should be sorted.

Re: Our Turbo/Long Travel/Race RZR Project
I know you said that you were planning on changing the axles on it and maybe playing with the clutch weights to gain some performance but do you think someone could just install this kit and ride on it alone?

It has been holding up to the repeated launches we have been doing. We haven't really taken it out on any trails or anything, but I am pretty confident that you could run it with stock suspension and not have any trouble with the axles if driven right. I dunno though, people will always find a way to break something. haha.
But yes, it was an easy bolt on upgrade really. Tuning is a matter of pushing a button and watching a series of LED lights flash and change colors. Very Very easy to tune on the fly. We saw a few things and learned some little tricks as we were doing the install that are very easy to carry out and make a big impact on the vehicle. Best of all, Dragonfire's Tech department really knows their shit, they are sending us some different weights to tune with and can help lead you in the right direction no matter what problem you encounter. They are awesome.
All in all I would say it took two days of after work wrenching to get the turbo on and we could tune it within a few hours now that we have done it once. Pretty simple.

I think it is listed at right under $5k on Dragonfire's website for the turbo kit and clutch kit/belt.
