Re: rzr snowmobile

How do the tracks attach to the suspension? How long does it take to change back to tires?

Re: rzr snowmobile

The FMF Pipe sounds great, has nice deep sound that is not to loud until you get on the gas. Tracks have supports that are attached to the a-arms. Other than that they bolt on just like tires. Know that the tracks have been one once it should only take about a half hour to remove the tracks and brackets and put the tires back on. As far as speed goes on ice and pavement it will go about 50 mph. In one foot of loose snow at 40 mph.

Re: rzr snowmobile

That's pretty cool. That windshield doesn't look like you can see through it. Do you need it for the snow or does it really matter? Could you shoot some video of that thing hauling through the snow? Also, how much did that kit set you back and where did you purchase it?

Thanks

Re: rzr snowmobile

The Tracks are the Polaris Prospector Pro Tracks, then we fabricated the mounting bracket from the sportsman X2 mounting kit. Cost About $3000.00. Will have more pictures once I get the new belt on it. We just got about a foot of new snow the other day. What blast until the belt broke. I got snow piles about 5 ft high just waiting for the RZR.

There are some videos on this site of the tracks in action. It looks like a blast. Does it get stuck?
