RZR Replacement Tie Rods / Rack ends now available!

Have you bent the weak hollow Tie Rod on your RZR??

If so, you have probably found out that to replace it, you need to purchase the whole rack and pinion in order to fix it.

Well, we have a great solution for you! Our new replacement tie rod installs just like the OEM version, but its made from solid forged steel, and features a larger diameter pivot ball for longer life.

Fully compatable with all long travel kits, and we also have a +8 version for the guys running our XTR kit, that doesn't require any extensions.

We have plenty in stock ready for shipping, and they normally sell for $45 each, but you can take 10% off since your forum members.

They also make a great trail spare, because they can be replaced on the trail with a couple tools in minutes to get you back on the trail!

+4 tie rods would be a one piece unit, correct???

No.. We have 2 versions. The OEM length, and the +8 length. For them to be the correct length for a +4 kit, you would still need to use the extenders that came with your long travel kit, or we can supply you with the +4 extenders that we make. They would have to be threaded together. But our tie rod is made from solid forged steel, instead of the thin tubing and crimped connections the stock tie rods have. So they are a lot stronger.

Are they the same length for each side or would I need to purchase a driver and a passenger for spares?

They are the same for each side. So just need one for a spare.

Not specifically. But you could use ours, and get a +5 extender from someone that makes +5 Long travel kits, and it would work.

Don't think you could beat these that LSR is selling. I got some like these for 55 bucks each and still had to turn one of them down on the ball end to get full steer into the steering rack. If you think their too expensive call your dealer(while sitting)!

Hey Farmerkirkie, are you talking about the tie rods or the tie rod ends for $55.00? I'm ordering the LSR tie rods but had to buy 2 new tie rods ends ($43.25 each from the Polaris dealer). Thought that was a little steep.
