Im from Rising Sun IN which is right next to Cincinnati OH. Its about a 5 hour trip. Not to bad. 1 tank of gas there and one tank back. Im going to call about the cabins I stayed in last time.

I'm only 4 hours which is not bad GETERDUN and myself have or did have a riding buddy from cinci that has been with the REDS for over 30 years but has has not gotten to ride with us lately.I tell him he needs to buy a RZR and start riding with us again we will see if that happens

I talked to Cinci. Bob yesterday and told him he needs to go on this trip. The team is in town that weekend, but he said he may go anyway. Also talked to Ray and his group is not going to Evarts, but are planning the Wagon Wheel over Labor Day.

I've got my room booked, and another for a buddy of mine. Hopefully 2 more coming down, but I'm on the only RZR....everybody else is on quads.

I'm really pushing to make this trip. Never been to Harlen but hear it's a good time. We'll be driving from Nashville 5-6 hrs and will only be able to ride all day Saturday and maybe till noon on Sunday. Is it still worth the drive?

You will have fun for sure and it's worth the drive especially if you have never been.

While you're packing for the trip, keep in mind that Harlan County's dry....that means BYOB.....if you don't bring it with you, you won't find any adult beverages there.

We always do that it will be my 6th time riding there.

I was just throwing that out there for anybody new to the area. I've had out-of-state friends that just get a blank look when you tell them someplace is "dry"....guess they don't have that option in some states.

Less than a week now.....can't wait to ride! Got my RZR in the shop this week to take one last look over it before my original warranty expires at the end of the month.

You better get the ext warranty since I just had my top end rebuilt from sucking dust.I'm sure glad I bought it and it's paid off.

Yeah, I'm getting one at the end of next week....I'm having them check for dust past the filter while they're servicing it this week. Hopefully have it back Monday or Tuesday....

well sorry bobby and kevin im not gonna be able to meet up like we talked about wifes car finnally crapped out "i knew it was comming" and since i have a nice truck a rzr and bought a new 1000rr 2 weeks ago she put her foot down a demanded a new car of her choice not mine "ouch" so thats gonna put a damper on the weekend sorry guys we're gonna make this work soon though some how have had a hatfield mccoy planned for sept 18-21 for a while now should be recovered financialy by then maybe we can hook up there will be 15 or 20 of us going several rzr's and some sport quads and a couple 4x4s weve got the rockhouse lodge reserved kevin your not too far from us we got room for you and the rzr let me know
