Warning Vision X HID

I bought some vision x HID conversions at the sand show from Motosports 2. Got them home and no instructions. The owner emailed me instructions. Wrong instructions, harness all wrong no way to hook anything up. Called back and he tld me to just wire to the battery. I told him there is no way to "just wire it to the battery". He then told me he actually has no idea how they install and that he is "just a distributer". I told him id like to send them back and he said he doesnt take returns. Said hed call me back and never did. So I geuss I need to take it up with the credit card co...DONT DEAL WITH MOTOSPORTS 2 and beware vision x hid conversions.

Re: Warning Vision X HID

I was told (in RZR forum)that the Polaris head lamps are 880 lamps. If you do a search on e-bay for the lamp ... you will get a ton. DO NOT PUT RZR in your search!! Or you will have to par the UTV tax and they are allot more. I ended up paying $54.57 for the conversion. I havent recived it yet ... will post how easy it was to convert over. Watch the shipping cost in e-bay ...

hope that helps someone?

Re: Warning Vision X HID

The harness that I have only has connectors to hook up one of the ballasts and has five other leads that look like they need to be connected to the battery or something else. The HID conversion I had for my Rhino required that I plug the stock wire into the ballast and then plug the lamp into the ballast. Is that not possible for a RZR?
