Interior LED's

Anyone fooled with any 12 inch strip led's for your RZR?

Was thinking about adding them under the dash boards to light her up at night.

Do you think they can stand up to the abuse?

Re: Interior LED's

Yep, a friend of mine used some similar to those to light up under his dash and also under each wheel well and his front grill. I have a similar setup but I used a different style of flexible led light. Ours are constantly in mud and submerged in water and hold up well. Also, that's a pretty good price for a pair of 12" lights.

Re: Interior LED's

I would go for it, the main thing is to make sure they are waterproof and it says they are. With the blue color and as small as a rzr is you may only need one strip in the middle, I have red in mine and they don't seem to be as bright as the blue color in my friends rzr.
Also, if the 3M tape gives you any trouble sticking, I've found that liquid nails works pretty good as an alternative. Just give it a few days dry time to let it set up good.

awesome! Thanks for your help! I ordered a switch today and I am going to order those. What size fuse do you recomend to put inline to run both of them?

Re: Interior LED's

I'm definitely not an electrical expert, so maybe someone else can chime in, but you may try a 3amp fuse and see how that works. If it gives you any trouble, step it up a to 5amp. I didn't see any power info on the ebay listing, but they don't typically draw that much power. I had (5) 9 inch strips on my first setup and found that a 5amp fuse was just a little to small, so I stepped it up to a 7amp and it worked fine from there.

Re: Interior LED's

I have used oznium led's in the past on quite a few 4wheelers and have never had a problem out of these. I just resently put these on my xp9 and couldnt be happier. I added a waterproof switch from my local marine store and everything works perfectly. I dont have any exact numbers but can tell you that I have left these lights on over night by accident and had no trouble starting the next morning
