Speaker?

I just bought the Polaris over head speaker mount and the Polaris Kicker Marine 620 speakers. My question is does anyone know what the difference is b/t the dealers KM620 speakers for $170 and KM620 speakers on ebay for $70? I also saw KM620.2 and KM625 models some which were listed for $170.... What are the differences??
