Optima Red Top Battery

I put a Optima full size battery in my RZR and used the PRM Manufacturing kit off E-Bay. Has anyone else used this battery box? It just would not fit where it is supposed to. I had to cut it up, place the battery on the main frame (for the best support) and weld it in place. This was not a bolt on kit by any means. It turned out well, and I am glad i did it, but what is the deal with this kit. Is it possible the different Generations have a different stock battery box? I would post pics but I haven't figured that out yet. Thanks guys!

Mine fit ok. The problem I had was the main harness was getting pinched between the bat tray and frame so I notched and welded the frame.

They Yellow top powers the stereo system: http://www.rzrforums.net/lighting-st...es-10-sub.html

When the RZR is not running the stereo is only running off the Optima.
When running both batteries are getting charged. There is also a quick disconnect for charging while at camp.
