Has anyone done a hih low beam headlight conversion?
I have seen that the 2007 polaris rangers have high and low beams from the factory. Has anyone tried to use the polaris parts off the ranger to convert there rzr lights so they have high and low beams in the same light. I,d like to use all the oem conectors, bulbs and switch from the ranger. I am just wondering if anyone had tried this yet. I can't find a thread about it.

There's some HID bulbs you can buy... I forget what size, but it has a mechanical motor set-up, that rotates a reflector around 180 degrees, to provide a higher beam out put... it would probably be easier to modify that bulb to fit in RZR, than the whole different set-up... I think it's the same size in a F-150.

the zenon HID hi/low projector uses a mechanical lens to block off the upper half of the projector circle for a low beam, then when you choose hi beams hte lens is opened fully. I have these projectors on my wifes FJ cruiser, they are VERY bright
the Polaris 700 setup is likely just a dual filament halogen bulb like a typical halogen caar sealed beam), not a lens controlled projector?

No Hi/Low HID kits yet for the RZR.Ranger... we are working with our supplier to see if we can develop one to kit in the stock headlight assembly.
BTW thanks to all of that have ordered the HID Special that I have going on... Almost all sold out.

I have heard NIght owl HID is suppoesed to come out with a HI/LO
LO stanard halogen HI 35w HID that would be the kit to get
