Fuse block wire terminals

Does anyone know where I can get the wire terminals that go into the back of the fuse block. I'm talking about the terminals the fuses actually push into.

Thanks

Here's what I ended up doing.… if you pull the spare terminals out of the fuse block you will notice that there are two spots that have been needlessly crimped. One of those spots is where te actual wire goes and the other is ment to clamp the insulation. You can try to uncrimp the spot where the wire is suppuse to go but that's pretty tough to do without tearing up the terminal. I did manage to spread out the prongs that were ment to crimp the insulation. I then (with the proper crimping tool) crimped my new wire to that spot and added a little solder to insure a good connection and hold. In the end I was very pleased with how clean it all turned out. I now have a fuse for my radio, lightbar, and accessory lighting all in the factory fuse box.

Yes, I have already used the spare terminals for my turn signals and reverse light system. To add my extra ones in, I too soldered a jumper of the lights power side fuse. Worked great for the two already installed.

The plan is to add a dome light and off road light fuses to the factory box. Would love to have some more available slots for wiring in the add-ons.

Cheapest is to use the spare socket provided in the fusebox & run a wire to an accessory fuse block or terminal strip. The watertight aftermarket boxes are godawful expensive so I'd rather put in a $5 terminal strip and replace it in 10 years when the screws corrode :)

I found fuse block terminals that will work. Just needed to mod them a tiny bit. The Delphi number is 12129409. The Waytek Inc. number is 31068. The mod is having to grind off the ears. The pics show this better than words. The one on the right is new, and left is the modded one.

How are they retained in the fuse box? the original terminals have the square part at the end. When the blue plastic termial retainer is in place it contacts the square part of the terminal holding the terminal in place. If you have made these work then please do explain. Thanks.

They lock in with the hole in the first pic. The ears that are removed allow for this. With the ears on the terminal can't slide in far enough to lock. The blue retain is a secondary lock. In my tests, I couldn't pull the terminals out of the block with out breaking something. All my testing was done without the blue retainer. I hope this helps. In my installation, there is a relay/breaker power line run into the box, so that none of my addons run through the key switch. If you need more pics, just ask. Happy wiring.
