Re: My new overhead stereo build

That looks awesome. I guess it's back to the drawing board for me now. You have put some ideas in my head for my next build that I will probably be starting on after Christmas. Again as with your first two. Awesome work.

Re: My new overhead stereo build

Yeah i decided to stick with the stock cage this time. 1 I wanted plenty of headroom and second I like the looks of it much better than the older ones and it appears to be a stronger design . Should be good for the type of riding that I do.Another reason is factory stuff fits and I really liked the factory roof. Now if I could just get my seats I'd be ready to roll.

Look and sounds very good, Bruce. You did a fine job with everything.

By chance, do you have any pictures of your cable routing, after final install?

Re: My new overhead stereo build

Thanks Chad. No pics of cable routing but the power cable for the amp runs down through the left a pillar. The other wires were heat shrinked together (5wires ) and run down the right a pillar. The xp1000 comes with the a pillars pre drilled for wireing

You're welcome, Bruce. I see, about pre-drilled. Makes for a nice clean install.

Again.... GOOD JOB!
