Alright Kids!! We tried this last year with limited success but I know with the following We have this year and the amount of participants we have in the forum alot of people will want to meet up! So heres the first Dune Season proposal.... October 23 Gecko RD... 4:00p.m.??? Totally up for modification just wanted to get the ball rolling... We chat on here all year lets arrange a time to all meet and get together for a great weekend! East coasters get together and share rides and make that friendhip that will last a lifetime! West coasters you KNOW what mother G has to offer so lets get to it and set it up! Admin. feel free to offer interjection and support! LETS DO THIS!!! most of us go for halloween so you should make it for that weekend ........ and the meet should be at the Glamis store or the hill ................. just my 2 cents

What's the weather like typically around end of Oct? Is it still hot as hell during the day? I would love to get the season started early. I usually start going around Thanksgiving or so. The earlier I Go the more likely I will invest ina set of Paddles

Boy I'm glad you're taking the lead on the gathering this year. Last year the New Years gathering was a real PITA and only a half dozen of us ended up meeting.
I am pretty sure that we can swing a Halloween trip this year.

Last year i was there too weeks before halloween and it was pretty hot but there were only one or two others camper! Night rides ROCKED!!!!!

I heard they cut a new road. Saw some pic's I think it was on a Glamis Dunes Forum. I don't know the correct add. but I stumbled on it & can't remember how to get back to it. Wish I could go for Halloween but it's hard to get care for my wife. She can't go places. I'll be there for turkey week & maybe New Years.
