I could do a chili night with a couple pans of jalepeno corn bread or enchiladas.... you guys call it... btw enchiladas are way more work lol... Please keep in mind we are cooking for like 30 peeps

not sure what that means but i will get ta cooking a week before i will super slow roast the chili and bake all corn bread the day before...guys give me and idea of how many is in your party would really help!? im figuring on numbers right now...... feeding like 45 hungry people!
