Hey Gang,
Some really long threads on cab heaters....just wanted to post a quick thread showing pictures so you don't have to wade through pages to find them. For more information on the heaters, read here:
Here are some additional photos of the set-up including the professional grade radiator Y's, shut-off valve for summer, and defrost vents. Hangs in a nice spot and hopefully gives a nice professional factory look.
Have anymore pics of the eps heater? I'm interested in buying one. How accesible is the switch? How do we order the eps heater for the discounted price?
Thats a great looking setup. Where's the fan switch? Not trying to be negative I love the looks of it, but if its on the bottom thats not a great place.... I still havent pulled the trigger either way. Whens the deadline up on the sale of these units? That'll make me #$(% or get off the pot I guess.
Thanks for the pictures but I still want to see it with EPS. I have the Superatv EPS and want to make sure it works. Chris put a quick picture up for us please.
We originally had located it in the passenger side, but one of our dealer friends managed to fab up a 3-piece bracket to get it to hang above the gearbox. This is the picture he sent us. We're excited about that. Prototype in production today and units will ship in two weeks or less.
We can take backorders (nothing charge until units are shipped), if you want one for EPS at the current sale price. Just shoot me a PM.

Hi Mike,
The switch is on the underside of the heater, though easily accessible. We do have a dash-switch relocation kit that we are nearly ready to sell, though, that allows for the switch to be mounted in the dash. Will provide an update later today on that too.
Thanks for all the preorders thus far everyone. EPS brackets will indeed be ready in less than two weeks.
Can anyone answer what model fits in the RZR. my mounting brackets don't appear to be right and all the studs and water outlets come out the top of the unit. is this correct or am I missing something
I have a Saturday 'all call' to both our engineer (just texted him) and the original system designer we worked with to make sure you get that correct. Should know some things shortly...you have our email chain (copied you) with Kristy in operations as well.
Great.....she's outstanding and so often present on weekends.
We are opening live chat soon on our website too because weekends are the time guys are so often installing things.....so if there are questions you can get right in touch.
nice looking unit
i like the fact you have a heater in mind for the guys with eps,
where is this heater made,
i already have a polaris heater along side my eps in the rzr standard,
but i want to put a heater in my rzr s with eps in,
interested to see your eps friendly model,
and steller customer service
keep the good work up,
Good deal! I'm waiting for a response. By looking at some pictures you posted it looks like there is a mounting bracket on each side for the rzr. mMine doesn't have that. Just 3 studs on top
Sounds like Dan is squared away.....just hadn't updated a photo from a Rev changes so that's taken care of.
Hi Bloody Bill.....we just (currently) have the one photo of the EPS unit (above post). Hangs in the middle above the gear box.....everything else remains the same in the overall unit. Several pre-orders have already been taken.....so thanks guys.
First off their customer service is great!! e-mailed them and instantly got e-mails from 2 people. Then a short time later got a phone call from the engineer and helped me with my problem.
Install went smooth and it works great!!! although it is 70 in Monclova Ohio the heater is great
peter
the pricing is good,

considerations taken

2/ over all appearance
3/ functionality
4/ outstanding specs
5/ warrenty
Hey Danh63 Your photo look different than the installed photo at the beginning of the thread. You dont have a vent in the front of the heater and the switch is in a different locating. Did u mount it different? I just ordered one and im wondering if there are different units?
Same unit. It now mounts a different way. Much better. all the vents are still there and the new way the switch is very handy to get to. I had a problem when I went to install cause the pictures showed the old way and I couldn't figure it out. but it mounts different. If you stand it up like the picture and tip it forward it mounts that way and the hoses are easier to run
I did notice when installing and working with the hoses and the Y pipes if I jacked it up and took the front tire off and the compartment under the hood it was alot easier to work
