snow plowing with tracks

Anyone ever heard of snow sport plows?

I had a deal all set up to buy a 09 RZR with polaris tracks and plow system. Was told I could use kimpex because I would need the exstension to get beyond the tracks. Was called this morning that they made a mistake and it was a plow system by cycle country. I called them and they dont have any system that work with utv with tracks,

I came across this system just awhile ago.

Anyone got any thoughts about it ?
Does anyone have a plow system on their RZR with tracks ?

Hi Guy new on here, so dont really know how to tell everyone this. Found a

place that sells quick mount and plows for the RZR with tracks on.

Heres the link - American Manufacturing - Application Chart

Quoted me a price $600.00 for every thing delivered to Maine. Great price.

Contact is Curt 1-763-444-9225 or 1-800-328-4631 really nice guy. Tell him Ed from Maine told you.

Here a pic of it on a regular UTV. Good luck and spread the word in here as I

dont know how to do it.

Thanks Ed

Re: snow plowing with tracks

I plow with a Honda 350 rancher and it works fine.

However after buying the 2010 RZR I wanted a plow setup for it and wanted to use it with my tracks seeing how I planned on putting the tracks on for the snow and wasnt gonna take them off until the snow season was done.

Much to my surprise PoPo dont have a setup for a plow to work with the tracks.

Well at least thats what the dealer said so gonna just keep using the Honda ATV.

I would rather plow with the RZR with tracks on it tho so I am interested on where this here thread goes..................Over

American Manufacturing - Application Chart
They set me up with a plow and frame that works excellent with my RZR with the tracks. They modified the frame to the plow to allow for the height with the tracks and the distance between the plow and the track. Works great

Hey guys....I plow with an XP850 with Prospector PRO-S tracks. It's an animal.....bent the plow in half before I could get off the gas

I plan to plow with tracks on my soon to be RZR....So what I'm thinking is to just extend the push tubes. I'll cut them and extend or replace with a heavier gauge steel, then paint them up. I haven't spent a bunch of time looking at this, but it's got to be pretty simple. You just need enough clearance to let the tips of the tracks clear the back of the plow blade. Am I off here?

I'll check that other link too.....
