Re: loading RZR800 into F150 pick-up help needed

By the way a rzr 4 will fit in a long box. Was driving behind a guy in town the other day, a ways back, when he turned off I noticed he had a 4 seater in the box. Just in case anyone is wondering.

14 scrambler 1000, 28 mega mayhems on 14" sixr wheels, qsc clutched on hardest setting
14 Ace, 26" pro comp extremes on 14" msa m17 elixer wheels, total blast!
And a 600rwhp 03 powerstroke on 37" mud grapplers to haul it all
13 fx4 a/p on 35"grapplers, 6.2l

Back it onto the bed, keep the weight off of the tailgate or use a trailer. http://www.rzrforums.net/general-rzr...-tailgate.html

In my 2500 ram with 8' bed i can't close the tailgate all the way, its like 4" from closing.
Check out the DGM Tailgate Support "short bars", these would be exactly what you need. DG Manufacturing Home Page
yeah i saw those, i will be ordering some soon. Now i am just using a strap to keep it up.

I have a 6.5 bed on a F150 and back my RZR in. I hate trailers...

This is what I have for my atv.

Then I put two cinder blocks so the bumper doesn't go through the window.

Re: loading RZR800 into F150 pick-up help needed

I have a 2011 F-150 Super Crew with 5 1/2 foot bed and haul my RZR 800 in it with the tail gate down and the rzr backed in. I use a folding ramp. The rear tires hit the head wall of the bed without the rear touching the rear window. I only use this method when I haul my 25' travel trailer which is a pain as I have to take the propane tanks and the jack stand off the trailer and use a floor jack to hook it to the truck. Otherwise I use a trailer.
But if I want to take the rzr and the trailer that is what has to be done. The front tires will just about be hanging off the tail gate so you have to pull the ramps out from under the tires. To get the ramps back in to unload I have to use a jack and jack up the rzr to be able to get the ramps under the tires.
It is all worth it to be able to have the rzr when I get to wherever I am going.
