Just disconected my front sway bar links and getting ready to go ride. I was wondering how many of you are taking the upper bar completly out? Is it a pain to do so, if not i may trash it to.

I cut one side of it, so as to be able to pull it out the other side. Tossed it in my welding pile! Have not done the Rear one yet, but soon! Also took off the one on the S model also, we like it better with the added articulation. Will see how it goes with the front off the Standar and will probably kill the rear on on it too!

Take it off but leave the support brackets on. It helps stiffen the frame. As for roll. If you use good after market springs "Makin Trax" You'll have no issues at high speeds.

If you have aftermarket springs I see it only having benefits. With the stock springs you get more body roll like posted above. The benefits are more articulation and a smoother ride. You no longer feel like your getting thrown from side to side going through rough stuff. I cut one side of my front bar and pulled it out. It's a pain to remove otherwise. I would just disconnect it and tye it up. Decide wether you like it that way and if you feel you'll never put it back on, then remove it.

You cant take the corners as fast due to body roll, But I have both of mine off and love it. I ride more rocky trails than anything in Colorado. I also carry about 200lbs in the back so I get more roll than most.

I took my front one off after the first ride... and it made a huge diff in ride quality. I'm going to disconnect the rear for my next trip out. (this weekend)

My thought on it is... yes it may get a little more "Tippy"... but at high speed... the 50" RZR tries to go up on 2 wheels anyway.

Well the ride was great, just a touch more body roll but we dont take corners at 50 either. My next question is withe the sway bar being disconected will it affect the waranty? I'm sure it has nothing to do with the sway bar but the EPS light came on on the way home.
