Gibson Exhaust and 2 Bros Juice Box
Is anyone running this combination? If so, is there a noticable improvement with these two upgrades? Also, did you have to change the base setting on the Juice box to work with the Gibson. If so, what setting did you use?

Re: Gibson Exhaust and 2 Bros Juice Box
I am running a Gibson with a 2 Bros Juice box. There is definately improvement over stock. I road tested different settings and found the base settings to be the safest/all around best. I don't have a fuel/air ratio meter so I can't say for sure. The base settings are meant to be used with a pipe and airbox, which mine will be getting soon. Don't get me wrong, my RZR is pretty snappy the way it is, but I think the cold air box (I'm getting the K&N system) is the missing link to make it really perform. Best of luck.

Re: Gibson Exhaust and 2 Bros Juice Box
Thanks for the info. I plan on putting the Gibson, Juice box and a Donaldson intake system on the RZR this weekend. One more question if you dont mind, what elevation are you running at and is it necessary to adjust the box if the elevation changes drmatically (5K to 9K)??

Re: Gibson Exhaust and 2 Bros Juice Box
I couldn't tell you for sure. Our elevation here is only about 450-550 ft. above sea level. Maybe try calling 2 Bros and see what they say. I have heard they have very good customer/technical service. If you don't mind, let me know what they say.
I know with jetting carbs, the higher the altitude the lower you want your main jet. As a rule of thumb you want to drop one jet size (Drop one 5.0 increment- 155 to 150 for example) for every 3000' of elevation. So they may tell you to lean the efi juice box out based on your altitude. This is the first EFI ATV I have owned so I really can't say for sure, but I would check with them! Good luck!

Re: Gibson Exhaust and 2 Bros Juice Box
I tried asking 2 Bros about their unit and the Gibson pipe but they told me they hadn't tested it on anything but their exhaust so they couldn't help me. Thanks again for the feedback..
