Did you read the post I made above, and watch the videos? Like several of us have said, it's likely that there's nothing wrong with the zerk at all. And as for the nut size, that may be totally irrelevant. What's important, is the thread size, and these arent uncommon. There's only a few commonly sized zerks used
on these machines.
Slow down, take a breath, and read the info and watch the videos, if you haven't already.
I see you're in Macon... been there several times on business and know several people there. Unfortunately, I don't know anyone there familiar with our machines.
And if you shoot me a pm with your number, I'd be glad to call you and help walk you through this.
And again, even if you do have to replace it, you don't need to buy it from Polaris. You can buy zerks at Home Depot, Tractor Supply, Harbor Freight, Fastenal, just about any auto parts store, or Rural King/Farm & Fleet type store. Take the old one with you, and compare it to their inventory. And Summit Racing is a little north of you, on the east side of I-75 in McDonough, right at the exit (I can't remember the exit number, but I believe it's McDonough Rd, but it's a huge building, you can't miss it). They'll have all kinds of stuff for your RZR, including zerks.
