Gonna loose my temper

Here ya go. I bought new skids for my 16xp. I was getting ready to install and I took a look underneath and saw an oil leak. No big deal, I have warranty. So I call and make an appointment. I start it to load on the trailer and bam!!! The dreaded misfire codes. Again no big deal it's going to the dealer . They have it a week and I call up there and was told they are waiting on Polaris to get back with them. Said its been 2 days. So I call Polaris to ask what the hold up is and guess what dealer (Lexington Motorsports ) had not even sent in a claim . The nice lady at Polaris asked me to hold and she would contact the dealer. A few minutes later she came back on the line and said they are taking the last pictures and we're gonna send it in. Of course another lie. So I thought I had things worked out but no. I was told it was done Saturday and I told them I would pick it up Monday. Showed up and told them my name and was told by the same asshat that lied previously that they were still working on it. Ok so I wait an hour or so and they tell me it's done. Great!! I get my paper work and notice other charges on there. Still under warranty mind you. I asked about it and was told that they broke my axle and tore the boot on my other rear axle during a test drive!!! I look and there's so much axle grease on the trailing arms that you can't even tell what color they are. So now I'm really mad. I've never even broke an axle on any of my rzrs!! They break it on blacktop. The feller told me I'm lucky it happened when he was driving. I told him he's lucky it happened when I was not there. They also charged warranty work to my vin that wasn't even mine during the last recalls. They were charged to my vin in late June and my recalls were done before Memorial Day . Not sure how that happened. So I get home and start it up to back it off the trailer and the same codes are back. I will be back up there tomorrow after work and I will not be a pleasant person. Beware of Lexington motor sports they may have decent prices but their service work is piss poor at best. I wouldn't even let them work on a bicycle if I were you. They have definitely lost a customer for life. The jacked up thing is my bro-n-law works there....

I've had similar experiences with them. I preferred richmond until they purchased it. Screwed me during the transition with parts for an engine rebuild.

raise hell -- tell your Bro in-law. Request to speak with the owner/Store Manager. You have to be FLOGGING a rzr on the blacktop to break an axle. WTH...

Joined in May 2013 --- Purchased XP1000 in January of 2015. Now what?!

that sucks.
I had a similar problem. Bought a new trailer this past summer. A nice pj trailer. Well,
when the gate was closed, the side ramps were VERY hard to get out, you could see the binding of the trailer sides when closed, something I did not notice when I bought it. I took it up there a couple months later when I had time, a few days later the guy at the dealer says, well, they denied your warranty claim, maybe if you brought it in sooner, It was, and is STILL under warranty! I told him to fix it, the gate was off, anyway, they cluster -effed that. I paid and went on my way, I don't have patience for that, and filed a bbb report with pj, they called me, and said they NEVER got a phone call, email or warranty claim for my trailer from this dealer. It ended up being a total shyte show. A new trailer, a warranty issue, that could have been easily taken care of, the service guy never even called pj trailers. I talked with pj trailers a few times, because they had the bbb close the case. I opened it back up, not resolved.
PJ said they would mail me a check for the work, I said I don't care about the money, the service guy at the dealer needs to lose his job, and I would be happy. Needless to say, I gave the warranty manager at pj my address and all, never got a check. Seems I was played by everyone.
Sorry for the rant. But, I feel your pain, brother. Sometimes it seems everyone is trying to get over everyone else. I just don't operate like that.

I would talk to the owner/GM. They may or may not be fully aware of what their employees are doing. I would feel better giving the top dogs a piece of my mind. After it was done and not to my full satisfaction, I would tell my experience on their FB page then rate them on their Web site. I would ensure Polaris knew exactly what had transpired.

If I would have got home before they closed yesterday I would have let them have it. I'm calling at 9 am when they open for sure. The next closest dealer is Richmond and they own it also. And they just bought out Honda of Richmond. So now they own everything from Lexington and Richmond in every make. I think there's one in Corbin but I've heard they are not much better. You would think Polaris would want good dealers selling their products and not crooks. I couldn't even sleep last night due to my anger brewing. I would get on Facebook but I don't mess with it . I figure I'm addicted enough to Rzr forums lol. I'll keep y'all posted on what happens today. That punk ass in the service department better not run his mouth or his attitude WILL be adjusted as soon as I can get over there.

Sadly this seems to be becoming the normal service from alot of dealers! Luckily I've had really great service from Harts Motorsports here in Somerset. But I've been doing business with them for 12+ years. Never purchased a vehicle from them, but have bought enough parts to build 3 or 4! Lol! I hope you get taken care of Dizzle, I know I would be beyond pissed in your situation!

The dealer I bought my rzr from did a drift on the snow right in front of me. Imagine what they do when the customers aren't around....

Ha no I'm not in jail. Just been having to work late. Got in touch with the manager finally yesterday .I calmly but yet aggressively explain my issues with his employees and the treatment of my machine and myself. He agreed that they were wrong and kept trying to figure out a way to make this right. I explained that I didn't think there was a way to do so. I voiced my opinion about the ass hat that lied about them waiting on Polaris . He agreed with me about the douch. The douch is an ex cop with a horrible attitude. I guess because he has no power anymore. They came today and picked up my Rzr while I was at work. I was informed that the service manager will be touching my machine. He is suppose to be good but idk. I have calmed down some but I still feel like i got screwed over. Almost like I havent been driving and working on these things for years now . I would have this figured out myself if I owned a digital wrench like they do. I will keep y'all posted as it progresses more. I was told I would have it back by this wkend but I seriously doubt it the way things are going for me.

Update: I received a phone call today from the dealership. They said it was the belt. I said "well that's weird because you just put a new one on it." They argued and said they didn't which I knew was a lie because I have the receipt that states drive belt was turned in under warranty. I wasn't home at the time so once I got home I took a picture of the receipt and texted it over to them. Then I called back and the guy told me and I quote " see I thought the belt looked good" I would hope so because it doesn't even have one mile on it!! I told them that I don't need it this weekend . Keep it and please try to find out what the problem is. This dealer owns every Motorsports dealer around here so I'm kinda screwed. I've got until May with this extended factory warranty is gone then I can take it to my buddy that is a can am dealer but is able to do warranty work if he sells the same warranty which he does . If I can just get it to hold together until then.... The saga continues
