Which to buy
I have joined and been reading different posts on here for a while and I would like some advice. I live in Nashville TN and am going to buy some form of recreational vehicle. So would you all recommend a RZR or a can-am outlander max 800? The reason for the two choices is I have a wife that will be riding with me. Pro/ cons?

Re: Which to buy
My wife and I started on sport quads, then went to utility ATVS then finally a RZR.
We test drove a friend's Rhino and purchased a RZR without ever riding in one. We are very happy we bought the RZR and will never go back to ATVs. Also if you get your wife involved it is easier to purchase all the accessories.

Re: Which to buy
I grew up on atv's.. before the ranger came out I would have said nothing is better than a four wheeler. RZR is by far a better choice. My wife didn't care for atv's but now rides with me on the RZR. I feel better too because of the protection of a roll bar.

Re: Which to buy
I was in the same exact boat as you are... Get the 2 seater or go with a rzr... Bought the rzr without test driving it...

Re: Which to buy
I started with a John Deere Gator 4x2. Then I bought an ATV made by Bombardier under the Deere name (Buck). Sold the Gator after buying a Ranger EFI 700 side by side. Then I bought a RZR. Then sold the Buck. The RZR is stable and fun to drive. I will never go back to an ATV.

Re: Which to buy
Your wife would probably be happier on the RZR where she would feel like she was on a ride "with" you. On the Can-Am, sitting behind you where she can't see as well, she may feel like she's just tagging along. My wife had a quad, didn't like it, we got the RZR mostly for her and she loves riding around as a passenger.
